Multiple CTL Stimulation Methods
We offer various methods for CTL stimulation, including the use of human or mouse peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or splenic immune cell isolation for in vitro specific antigen presentation. Additionally, we can analyze peripheral blood or splenic cells collected from immunocompetent mice after in vivo immunization. We also specialize in CTL detection within tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs).
CTL Activation via Specific MHC Antigen Presentation
Our platform leverages the specific MHC antigen presentation pathway for CTL activation. This ensures that CTL activation is dependent on the presence of the appropriate MHC molecules, avoiding activation in cases of MHC mismatch.
Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis of CTL Production
