B-cell Reconstitution Model:
Following the injection of PBMC (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) on Day 14, human B lymphocyte proliferation is detected in the mouse spleen. This proliferation can continue for over 35 days. From Day 22 onwards, human IgG (Immunoglobulin G) secretion begins to occur.
