Welcome to our pre-clinical evaluation platform for cancer vaccines. Currently, there is a significant research gap in the pre-clinical evaluation of cancer vaccines. Traditional syngeneic models are limited in their application due to the significant differences between mouse and human immune systems. While the CD34+ HSC humanized immune system model has undergone humanization, the immune system cells it constructs are poorly and unstably rebuilt. To better simulate and evaluate the effects of cancer vaccines, we offer a series of highly specialized models that successfully address these issues.
Platform Features and Applications:
• syngeneic-OncVax Cancer Vaccine Model:
We employ immunocompetent animals for tumor vaccine research, utilizing their natural immune systems. Our team possesses extensive experience in animal handling, and the experiments culminate in various detection platforms at the endpoints.
• iHuPBMC-OncVax Cancer Vaccine Model:
This model comprehensively constructs lymphocytes and myeloid cells, ensuring effective antigen presentation in the body, providing a realistic and effective evaluation environment for cancer vaccines.
• Humanized MHC Mouse Model:
By replacing the MHC molecules of immunocompetent mice with human MHC molecules, we ensure that antigen presentation in mice closely resembles that in humans, thus providing a powerful tool for vaccine research and evaluation.
