Drive new drug development with our proven in vivo allograft model
As part of the antitumor drug development process, the cell line-derived allograft model provides critical decision information to drive the drug development process, enabling customers to move forward quickly and cost-effectively.
In vitro and in vivo efficacy evaluation models related to tumor cell lines are the basis of antitumor drug development. We know that cell culture is the key to CDX model, and perfect SOP and quality control are the key to maintain the stability of the trial.
Mold quality control:
All cells were tested for STR, mycoplasma and chlamydia.
In all cells selected by our customers, we commit to RNAseq or other similar tests to ensure that the mutations and expression of the desired targets are consistent with expectations.
Strict cell recovery and culture workflow. To ensure stable cell growth.
Experimental ability:
CDX in vivo efficacy test platform.
With more than 500 proven tumor cell lines, Modelbio is capable of performing a variety of in vivo efficacy, PK/PD tests, including subcutaneous, in situ, and systemic inoculation. It can be used in combination with PBMC reconstituted immune system and CD34 +HSC reconstituted immune system.
For the model list, please refer to: CDX model List
In vivo imaging and in situ inoculation:
In situ inoculation and in vivo imaging monitoring can be performed using fluorescein (Luc) labeled CDX models. This kind of model is helpful for the study of tumor metastasis and the ability of drugs to cross blood brain barrier.
For more information, see mold in situ test platform
BAF3 genetically engineered cell line:
NIG mice independently developed by model organisms have higher innate immunity and tolerance to BAF3 engineered cell lines than other NSG, NOD-SCID, SCID and nude mice. It can be used in vivo efficacy test of BAF3 engineering cell line more effectively.
Other test platforms
Angiogenesis model: Matrigel matrix plug experiment,
Double transplant model: A pair of different models are inoculated with the same mouse, and the growth of the two models does not interfere with each other, for detection of targeted drug sensitivity.
Bilateral inoculation model: Bilateral subcutaneous inoculation of the same tumor (enabling simultaneous grouping of different volumes) can be used to test whether the immune response induced by unilateral therapy can kill the contralateral tumor. It can be used to test for oncolytic viruses or for immunosuppression of distal metastatic tumors induced by heat therapy.
