Chuangmo Biology PBMC Pre-screening: Ensuring the Success Rate of Immune System Reconstruction and Administration Window Period
Our Chuangmo Biology PBMCs have undergone internal screening to ensure that the PBMCs pre-screened in vivo are suitable for experiments, ensuring success rates and a 3-week administration window.
Our Chuangmo Biology PBMC pre-experimental screening criteria include:
● On the 14th day after inoculation, the percentage of peripheral blood hCD45+ cells must exceed 10%.
● The onset time of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) must be equal to or exceed 5 weeks, and weight loss must not exceed 10%.
● Comprehensive analysis of PBMCs
PBMC-Tumor Pre-experimental Platform
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) come from healthy donors, and there are differences in the reconstruction capabilities among different donors. Additionally, their interactions with tumor cells and immune responses to immunotherapy drugs also vary. Furthermore, a significant advantage of the PBMC model is its applicability to various types of tumor cells, providing multiple different targeted tumor cells for testing the efficacy of immunotherapy. However, due to the differences in antagonistic interactions between different tumor cells and PBMCs, historical data has limited significance when switching to new donors. Therefore, pre-experiments are crucial for determining compatible PBMC donors with candidate tumor cells.
● Stable iHuPBMC reconstruction and compatibility. More than 90% of any tumor cells can be selected from three donors for reconstructible cells.
● Providing in vivo and in vitro pre-screening platforms to meet different customer needs.
● Large-scale PBMC donor reserve, maintaining stable use of donors in continuous projects.
●Can be screened simultaneously based on efficacy.
By conducting pre-experiments,Chuangmo BiologyCan ensure the optimal matching of PBMCs with tumor cells, thereby enhancing the reliability and effectiveness of immuno-oncology research and drug testing.
