At our GVHD Research Platform, we are committed to advancing the understanding and treatment of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD) through innovative research and comprehensive case studies. Our platform brings together leading experts, cutting-edge methodologies, and a passion for scientific excellence to tackle one of the most challenging aspects of transplant medicine.

What We Do:
Experiments based on humanized immune system mice or immune comprehensive mice to evaluate new therapeutic approaches for acute GVHD, focusing on the effects of investigational drugs in specially designed models.

Clinical Insights: Our research includes meticulous clinical observations, with weekly data collection on crucial parameters like 
●    weight changes
●    GVHD score
●    ear thickness (a surrogate for GVHD severity) 
●    survival rates

Case Studies:
Case 1: GVHD in OVCAR3 NK reconstitution mouse, highlighting the correlation between NK reconstitution and GVHD score.

Case 2: GVHD under control on the 3 weeks dosing window. Monalizumab which target NKG2A shown significant anti-tumor efficacy in this model.
