Company Overview:
Founded on September 28, 2020, InnoModels Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. specializes in providing preclinical pharmacology and efficacy CRO services. Our comprehensive offerings encompass both in vivo and in vitro pharmacological experiments related to oncology and tumor immunology. These include non-GLP toxicology, PK/PD studies, in situ models, drug distribution assessments, flow cytometry analyses, and IND filing experiments.
Expertise and Innovation:
Building upon a strong foundation of high-quality conventional CDX and syngeneic model pharmacology platforms, InnoModels Biotechnology has progressed to iterations involving PDX and PBMC immune humanization models. Leveraging an immune reconstruction platform that stably reconstructs T cells and NK cells, we possess extensive experience and exceptional experimental quality in evaluating most immune therapy drug effects. Our accumulated expertise covers various immune and cell therapy efficacy experiments based on T and/or NK cells.
Furthermore, InnoModels Biotechnology offers pioneering platforms for in vivo antigen presentation and immune activation analysis in response to tumor vaccines, utilizing MHC humanized mice.
Advanced PDX Model Platform:
Our advanced PDX model platform not only supports high-throughput in vitro drug efficacy evaluations but also enables cost-effective, efficient preclinical drug efficacy assessments during early drug development stages, facilitating concurrent evaluation of clinical value alongside drug development progress.
Integrated Approach:
InnoModels Biotechnology's PDX models maintain clinical consistency while exhibiting performance comparable to conventional tumor cell lines, making them an ideal platform for immune therapy efficacy validation. Additionally, these PDX models can be integrated with immune humanization animal models, expanding their applications into the realm of immune therapy efficacy verification.
Immunotherapy and Flow Cytometry Expertise:
We possess a well-established in vitro immunotherapy efficacy and flow cytometry analysis platform. Capable of conducting diverse co-culture cytotoxicity assays, Elispot Assay, immune cell phenotyping through flow cytometry and single-cell sequencing, as well as cytokine detection on the Luminex platform, our expertise effectively supports various immune therapy efficacy experiments.
