Ba/F3 project cell line in vivo pharmacodynamics experimental platform
The Ba/F3 engineered cell line constructed based on the Casper Cas9 technology can provide a pharmacodynamic experimental model for rare drug-resistant mutations in conventional CDX and PDX models for targeted drug research. Chuangmo Biology has established a stable and reliable in vivo pharmacodynamic testing platform for the Ba/F3 engineered cell line using NIG mice, which have stronger tolerance to the Ba/F3 engineered cell line.
• The BA/F3 engineered cell line relies on IL-3 for proliferation and has inserted overexpressed mutation driver genes. It is an ideal experimental system for targeted drug development.
• Based on the NIG mouse's tolerance to immunotoxicity, Chuangmo successfully transplanted the BA/F3 engineered cell line, covering various hotspots, rare, and drug-resistant targets into in vivo models.
• Tumor growth is stable, and the pharmacodynamic reproducibility is strong.
• The pharmacodynamics of various inhibitors are consistent with literature reports.
This platform is suitable for:
• PK/PD experiments to find the optimal in vivo pharmacodynamic dose.
• Screening alternative compounds while assessing pharmacodynamics and toxicity.
• Comparing pharmacodynamics with the previous generation of inhibitors for IND application experiments.
