The quality of homegrown NPSG mice can be monitored throughout, and the innate immune system strength is better than that of other severely immunodeficient mice, which is more suitable for PDX modeling.
During the modeling process, drug resistance screening of the same drug as the patient's chemotherapy can be carried out at the same time, so that the established model is more close to the relapsed tumor.
Chemotherapy, targeted and immune checkpoint drugs can be evaluated simultaneously in vitro.
The established model can be used to create I-PBMC and I-CD34 + human immune system mouse models.
